Project Planner
Job description
Responsibilities:
- - Develop and monitor production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
- - Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolve issues if any.
- - Keep customers up-to-date on the progress of their orders.
- - Communicate with customers on queries of orders as and when required.
- - Coordinate customer inspection, delivery and collection arrangements.
- - Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- - Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- - Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
- - Good knowledge of process operation sequences.
- - Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- - Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
