ASIA-LINK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Project Executive to oversee daily operations, workforce deployment and client coordination across multiple project sites in Singapore. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution and high service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, coordination and the ability to travel between sites. Regular hours with after-hours support as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, workforce deployment, project coordination or service delivery.
• Experience in managing multiple sites and large workforces will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with workforce scheduling systems.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

• Oversee daily contract operations and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate workforce planning, rostering and deployment across sites.
• Attend operational inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor KPIs and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports for management.
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site support.
• Available for after-hours escalations when needed.
