Job summary

Innovative Energy Systems & Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations, coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors across multiple project sites to meet schedule and budget.

You will align with Project Managers, site supervisors and engineers, drive continuous improvements, manage risk, and prepare progress reports for senior management while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with proven experience in operations or project management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operations, project coordination, manpower planning and resource management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Independent, proactive, responsible and able to work effectively with teams across different project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across project sites.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, equipment and subcontractors to support project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, site supervisors, engineers, suppliers, clients and subcontractors to resolve operational issues.
• Manage workforce deployment, attendance, performance and manpower requirements.
• Ensure comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Identify operational risks, delays, inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency and cost control.
