Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore's Tuas area is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead site activities and coordinate efforts across internal teams and external contractors.

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and maintaining documentation while ensuring safety, environmental and health requirements are met. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Site Management, or Customer Liaison Roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams, customers and external contractors.
• Lead and coordinate project activities from planning through completion.
• Oversee daily project operations, site activities and logistics arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, documentation, meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Attend contractor meetings and provide project updates to management.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints and support customer relationship management.
• Ensure all personnel and subcontractors comply with workplace safety, environmental and health requirements, including JSRA reviews.
