Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects across locations in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on involvement, travel to sites, and the ability to work rotational shifts including weekends. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for stakeholder interaction and KPI maintenance. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, staffing, recruitment coordination, and client reporting, ensuring timely deliverables and smooth operations

Qualifications

• Must be qualified with a relevant diploma.
• Able to do hands-on work (Physical work).
• Able to travel to multiple locations.
• Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day on weekdays).
• Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of various projects (including 24-hour operation projects).
• Handle and take care of multiple projects.
• Activate standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project.
• Rostering for operations and ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care.
• Visit project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide).
• Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for approval.
• Invoice preparation and submission to the client for payment processing.
• Join the recruitment manager for project recruitment and interview arrangements.
• Collect feedback on staff performance with the client.
• Coordinate and arrange logistics for the project.
• Planning and executing project budgets.
• Hands-on work during absence of deployed staff.
• Motivating and supervising assigned staff.
