Job summary

The successful candidate will supervise the project team, monitor case processing progress, ensure service standards, and maintain compliance with KPIs and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or project lead experience.
• Experience in programme administration, case management, and application processing is an advantage.
• Experience in handling assessments, claims or document verification is preferred.
• Strong ability to monitor KPIs and manage timelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and delivery of the assigned programme /scheme.
• Supervise and guide the project team to ensure smooth and timely case processing.
• Manage and monitor scheme/application processing, including assessments and appeal reviews.
• Review and verify bills, claims and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Track case progress and monitor processing timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational KPIs are achieved.
• Prepare regular progress updates and performance reports.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Ensure processes comply with policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve operational matters and ensure service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
• Any other relevant duties as required.
