Role involves stakeholder interviews, vendor coordination, KPI setup, and regular updates to senior management to maximise solution impact and business value.

Responsibilities

• Understanding business requirements and liaising with partners for conceptualization and finalizing feasible digital solutions.
• Project management from requirements gathering through development, testing to implementation.
• Conduct customer immersion interviews and insights gathering to define real problems and needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, development and project implementation.
• Identify vendors and liaise for project implementation.
• Evaluate existing solutions, identify gaps, and implement enhancements to improve usage and efficacy.
• Implement and scale developed solutions through trainings and stakeholder interactions.
• Set up KPIs and MIS formats to evaluate solutions post-launch.
• Communicate with senior management and provide updates on digital projects.
