Job summary

ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Operations Executive to join the Project Marketing team in Singapore. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate processes, manage administrative tasks, and help ensure successful project launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration or similar role.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day operations of Project Marketing department.
• Provide admin and secretarial support to Head of Department, including calendar management and meetings.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence with timely follow-up.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate meetings, activities and events for the department.
• Maintain documentation, filing systems and confidential records.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate logistics for project launches, including show-flat setup and launch activities.
• Monitor processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Provide general admin and operational support as required.
