Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years experience in product management
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Strategic thinking and alignment of roadmap with company goals
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate feedback into insights
• Strong product discovery skills: user research, problem framing, hypothesis development
• Strong storytelling ability to articulate vision, rationale, and trade-offs
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus
• Proven ownership of products end to end
• Ability to work closely with engineering on technical trade-offs
• Hands-on prototyping experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes
• Own products end to end from discovery through delivery, release, and post-launch iteration
• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to cross-functional teams
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform decisions
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value
• Drive structured discovery and validation to solve real problems
• Plan and manage delivery timelines using agile methodologies, maintain docs and user stories
• Facilitate collaboration between teams for smooth concept-to-release execution
• Engage end users to cultivate relationships and gather feedback
• Monitor performance and adoption to iterate and scale successful implementations
