Job summary

ERA Realty is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Executive to join our Project Marketing team. You will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring the smooth execution of project marketing activities.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will coordinate operational processes, manage administrative functions, support project launches, and facilitate effective communication across the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the Project Marketing department.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Department, including calendar management and scheduling meetings.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence with timely follow-up.
• Prepare reports, presentation materials, meeting agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate meetings, departmental activities and events.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems and confidential records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for operational requirements.
• Coordinate logistics and support for project launches, including show-flat setup and launch activities.
• Monitor processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
