Job summary

Kinergy Corporation Ltd. in Singapore seeks a results-driven professional to drive sales, marketing and business development within contract manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor process equipment. You will manage key accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and align projects with company objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of achieving revenue targets while delivering on-time projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering and 3–5 years in sales/BD/engineering
• Strong communication and leadership; proven cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in contract manufacturing or semiconductor equipment advantageous

Responsibilities

• Serving, sustaining and growing business from new/existing customers
• Ensuring the yearly sales target/revenue set for Strategic Business Units are met
• Reviewing projects and assessing if the projects are to the company's competency and business objective
• Providing leadership, direction and motivation towards the development of team members, through clear strategies, policies and process implementation
• Monitoring Profit & Loss performance of each project
• Lead and collaborate RFQ process, sales order fulfilment, engineering change control management, cost reduction initiatives and on time deliveries performance

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering
• Good business acumen and strong track record in sales, marketing and business development
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with people from diverse background
• Good team player with strong leadership quality and able to manage cross-functional teams
• 3-5 years relevant working experience in sales/marketing/business development/engineering/project management, preferably in the contract manufacturing industry.
• Preferably with experience in the manufacturing sector of Semiconductor Process Equipment.
• Strong in customer account management
