Job summary

VDL ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Process Engineer to design cost-effective, low-risk manufacturing/assembly steps from raw material to completion within the semiconductor sector. You will transfer projects to VDL, define and establish assembly project plans to meet on-time delivery, conduct feasibility studies, and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical or Precision Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a process engineer in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical workmanship.
• Experience in working in cleanroom will be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development.

• Identify the facilities/supplies required for the assembly.

• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
