Job summary

KINGSMEN PROJECTS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects for retail and corporate spaces in Singapore. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with contractors, and ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma-level education in architecture, building, QS or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail or corporate interiors/renovation.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project management activities to ensure on-schedule, within-scope delivery.
• Communicate with contractors to define work scope, monitor progress, and adjust schedules.
• Develop detailed quotations and job schedules for planning and execution.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and billing processes for financial control.
• Coordinate tasks between internal teams and contractors for seamless workflows.
• Implement quality control measures and oversee contractor rectifications to meet standards.
• Monitor daily progress and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Verify on-site dimensions against drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, clients, and suppliers to align stakeholders.
