Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced interior designer for a project-based role in Singapore. The candidate will support project management and production design development, preparing necessary documentation and drawings while coordinating with various vendors and consultants.

The ideal applicant will hold a degree in interior design or architecture and have 3-5 years of experience in large-scale interior design projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in large-scale interior design projects is essential.
• Knowledge of building codes relevant to interior design.

Responsibilities

• Project Typology - Interior Works for Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial
• Support the project management and production design development according to space planning, layouts; adhering to client brief
• Prepare drawings and documentation for design and construction phases.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants on finishes and FF&E.
• Maintain project documentation with attention to consistency and detail.
• Good design sensibility and attention to detail, good visual communication and presentation skills.

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in large-scale interior design projects essential - experience across commercial projects desirable
• Be aware that this is a Project/Site-based ID function; not design function
