Job summary

NEXTBEAT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on site management professional to run day-to-day delivery of interior fit-out projects alongside senior project managers in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, quality, cost and safety across retail, F&B and office environments. The ideal candidate holds at least 2 years of site coordination or project management experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction, with English communication skills

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of site coordination/PM experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction
• Able to manage subcontractors independently and keep multiple work fronts moving on schedule
• Good communication skills in English for site documentation and client liaison
• Retail or F&B fit-out experience with mall management submissions (Orchard/major malls)
• Possess required safety certifications (e.g. WSQ safety courses, bizSAFE-related)
• Proficiency in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and site teams
• Basic AutoCAD / drawing literacy

Responsibilities

Working Address: Central Business District + On site travel

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM
