Job summary

MEZTEC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate and oversee on-site interior fit-out works. You will proactively identify issues and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of interior fit-out experience, can work independently under tight schedules, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required.

• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
• Good problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

• Plan and arrange material requisitions in advance for each phase of the project, where necessary.


• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out works, preferably for corporate or industrial office projects.


• Able to work independently and perform effectively under tight project schedules with minimal supervision.


• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.


• Good problem-solving and project management abilities.


• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.


• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and be able to drive for work-related purposes.
