INTI DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project manager to lead interior design, renovation or construction projects in Singapore.

You will oversee the complete project lifecycle, coordinate with designers, subcontractors and clients, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and drive quality and client satisfaction throughout the process. The role requires strong site management, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing interior design, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore interior construction processes, materials and vendor management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong project coordination, site management and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive; able to work independently or in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and contractors.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full project cycle from start to handover ensuring timely completion, high quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Plan project schedules, manage timelines, budgets, documentation and ensure projects stay within scope and cost.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality; resolve issues promptly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients with timely updates.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on design, materials and workflow.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors with clear scope and adherence to requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Review 2D drawings and specs; assist in material selection and costing.
• Support quotations, work schedules, material moodboards and related documents.
• Assist Sales Designers in interior design scope.
• Provide regular updates and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project cycle from start to handover ensuring timely completion, high quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Plan project schedules, manage timelines, budgets, documentation and ensure projects stay within scope and cost.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, quality control, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and responses to queries.
• Coordinate closely with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on design intent, materials, schedules, and workflow.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors; ensure clear scope of work and adherence to project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret 2D drawings, technical specifications and assist in material selection and costing/negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support the preparation of quotations, work schedules, material / moodboards and other project-related documents when required.
• Assist Sales Designers in the interior design scope.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and escalated critical issues when necessary.
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks or additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing interior design, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's interior construction processes, materials, and vendor / subcontractor management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong project coordination, site management and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage (for liaising with directors, clients, and contractors).
• Possession of a personal vehicle is an added advantage.
