Nextbeat Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on site management professional to run day-to-day delivery of interior fit-out projects alongside senior project managers. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, approvals, and on-site documentation across retail, F&B and office spaces in Singapore.

You will liaise with clients, designers and in-house teams, ensure safety compliance, and prepare progress reports and handover documentation for timely project completion.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of site coordination / project management experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction.
• Able to manage subcontractors independently and keep multiple work fronts moving on schedule.
• Good communication skills in English (for site documentation and client liaison purposes).
• Retail or F&B fit-out experience with mall management submissions (Orchard/major malls).
• Possess required safety certifications (e.g. WSQ safety courses, bizSAFE-related).
• Proficiency in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and site teams.
• Basic AutoCAD / drawing literacy.

Our client is a leading Japanese interior design & build firm with over 35 years of history in Singapore, delivering retail, F&B and corporate interior projects to Japanese and international clients. To support business growth, they are hiring a hands-on site management professional to run the day-to-day delivery of fit-out projects alongside senior project managers.
