About the Company

Join a professional contracting and building construction company based in Singapore, specializing in commercial, residential, and industrial interior fittings and custom builds.

Project Manager

Location: Tampines
Salary: $7,000 – $8,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of construction and interior fitting projects
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and overall financial performance
• Oversee site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with clients, authorities, consultants, and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all works comply with relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management
• Ensure successful project delivery in line with company objectives and client expectations

Ideal Candidate

• Strong project management and site coordination experience within the construction / interior fitting industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
