Job summary

Integrity Partners in Singapore is seeking an experienced project executive to lead pharmaceutical EPCM programs from planning through to qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ). The role requires coordinating engineering deliverables, vendor procurement, and rigorous regulatory compliance across GMP, FDA, EMA standards.

You will act as the primary interface for clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring scope, risk, and milestones are managed effectively and delivered on schedule within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field required.
• 8+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical EPCM projects.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, EMA and local regulatory standards.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all phases stringently adhere to GMP, FDA, EMA, and local regulatory standards.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary interface for clients and multidisciplinary project teams to manage scope, risks, and milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience specifically within pharmaceutical EPCM projects.

• Strong technical familiarity with cleanroom construction, process equipment, and validation requirements.

• PMP / Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
