Job summary

PM Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with field experience delivering medium to large capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry. You will manage day-to-day on-site activities, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and liaise with vendors to secure compliant, cost-effective facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in pharma/biopharma.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams.
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project management to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan, organize, coordinate and communicate site activities from conception to completion.
• Ensure activities comply with contract documents, system plans and work procedures.
• Coordinate daily progress meetings on site.
• Serve as primary contact throughout the project.
• Keep project on schedule, ensure safety objectives and cost-effective design.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct tender interviews/clarifications and re-submissions.
• Review vendor documentation to meet design intent of the system.
• Review contractor design documents and coordinate with SME & other design disciplines.
