Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned project leader to oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and execution strategy across complex engineering initiatives.

You will manage scope, risks, procurement, contracts, change control, and ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and close-out requirements, coordinating with engineering, construction, and vendors to meet cost, schedule, and safety targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, costing, and execution strategy.
• Manage project scope, risks, resources, procurement, contracts, and change control.
• Develop and implement project execution, HSE, quality, and control plans.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, performance, and contractor/vendor activities.
• Oversee engineering reviews, construction, installation, FAT/SAT, inspections, and commissioning.
• Manage statutory approvals, claims, deficiencies, handover, and project close-out.
• Drive projects to meet cost, schedule, quality, safety, and customer requirements.
