Job summary

INTEGRITY PARTNERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced project manager to lead pharmaceutical EPCM initiatives. You will oversee planning, budgeting, construction, commissioning, and IQ/OQ/PQ, coordinating engineering deliverables and vendor procurement in a regulated environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Pharmacy and 8+ years of pharmaceutical EPCM experience, with PMP/Prince2 certification preferred to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical EPCM projects.
• Knowledge of cleanroom construction, process equipment, and validation.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmaceutical projects from planning and budgeting through construction, commissioning, and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, review drawings, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage long-lead equipment procurement.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and local regulatory standards.
• Interface with clients and multidisciplinary teams to manage scope, risks, and milestones.
