Job summary

KPMG Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior CIO Advisory professional to lead ServiceNow architecture and delivery, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to shape strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in architecture or senior technical roles with strong exposure to ServiceNow modules.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CTA/CSA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Manage and configure ServiceNow modules in line with client requirements and best practice standards.
• Effectively manage ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and stability of ServiceNow applications.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to support successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring programme outcomes align with business objectives.

As a key member of the CIO Advisory team at KPMG, you will be at the forefront of transforming IT services and solutions. Your role will be pivotal in advising both IT and business stakeholders, leveraging the ServiceNow platform to meet their needs.

Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities to offer strategic guidance and support to our clients as well as a deep understanding of how technology is delivered within an IT function including operating model and strategy.

CIO Advisory team members regularly interact with C-Suite clients, such as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and their direct reports. Hence, a client centric mind-set, understanding of IT within a Business context, and well-developed communication skills are desirable.

The role involves:

• Demonstrated in depth understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalogue, Custom Applications, SPM & EA, IRM & SecOps, and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), across both technical and functional domains.
• Lead and oversee end to end development and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Manage and configure ServiceNow modules in line with client requirements and best practice standards.
• Effectively manage ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and stability of ServiceNow applications.
• Analyse complex business problems and provide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to support successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring programme outcomes align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with practical experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in architecture or senior technical roles, with strong exposure to ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalogue, Custom Applications, SPM & EA, IRM & SecOps, and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist are highly advantageous.
• Proven technical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively when addressing complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while effectively managing multiple priorities in parallel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
