INFOGAIN SOLUTIONS PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Singapore to lead cross-functional teams on banking and investment projects across multiple business units.

You will own end-to-end project lifecycle, enforce stage-gate controls and SDLC, and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and stakeholder communications. The role requires 10+ years in project management within financial services with PMP/PRINCE II certification as a plus; strong leadership and executive

Formación

• Experienced project manager with product and operational expertise in banking and investments, preferably Wealth Management.
• Sound knowledge in Wealth operational process, investment products domain and services.
• Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Prior experience with large scale programs for private banks (or equivalent) is required.
• A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence with analytical/problem solving ability.
• Demonstrated at least 9 - 12 years of experience in project management with the focus on financial services.
• Able to clearly articulates complex matters and provide recommendations on best course of action to be taken.
• Full end to end project management in a lead role.
• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Job Objectives

The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver projects spanning multiple business units. Delivering projects within stage gate controls and project SDLC guidelines while managing issues, risks, dependencies and project change will be core competencies to the role.

The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified boundaries of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

Stakeholder and Communications Management

• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
• Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
• Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders

Process and Delivery Execution
