Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in the Private Banking and Wealth Management sector.
• Experience with Business Integration, Migration or TOM projects.
• Experience with portfolio management, investment advisory, order management, and investment product lifecycles.
• Background in transformation and change projects.
• Strong understanding of core private banking processes and products.

Responsabilités

• Lead a work stream independently, delivering high-quality outputs on time.
• Manage a team of consultants, define work packages and mentor team members.
• Participate in business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Conduct client interviews/workshops to translate requirements into solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients using proposals and decks.
• Document project details for management review and maintain project systems.
• Maintain regular updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support teammates with other project activities.

Job Description

As a Project Manager you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Job Requirements

• Degree holder.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in the Private Banking and Wealth Management
• Knowledge of Business Integration / Migration / TOM projects within Private Banking and Wealth Management.
• Experience in portfolio management, investment advisory, order management, investment products lifecycle
• With background in project management and transformation and change
• Good understanding of core business processes and products in the Private Banking industry.
• Capable of applying technology principles to business.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations.
• Understands the basics of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability and enthusiasm to adopt AI tools and solutions in day-to-day work.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission.
• Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorship.
• Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
• Conduct research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
• Document the project into systems and processes for management review.
• Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
• Support team members with other project activities.
