Job summary

ID Integrated Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior and architecture construction projects from planning through completion. The role requires managing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Candidates should hold a degree in Architecture or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, especially commercial and corporate office projects.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Interior & Architecture Construction) to lead and oversee high-quality interior and architectural construction projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior and architectural construction projects end-to-end, from pre-contract to post-handover stages
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and risk management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and successful completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Prepare project schedules, documentation, and reports; monitor on-site progress
• Attend site and coordination meetings to define scope of work, timelines, and contractor requirements
• Liaise with internal designers, sales teams, vendors, and project teams for smooth pre-site and on-site execution
• Manage contracts, variations, and cost control
• Assist in tender documentation, pricing, and client development when required
• Ensure quality workmanship, resolve project issues effectively, and meet client expectations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams
• Work independently across project, site, and stakeholder management functions

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least aBachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience in managing interior fit out projects especially in commercial and office design & build.
• Minimum 3 Year(s)experience ininterior fit out especially commercials & corporate office
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical details
• Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and site workers
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform under tight deadlines
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of design and AutoCAD is an added advantage
