Grandwork Interior Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead interior fitout projects in Singapore. You will drive project planning, budgets, scheduling, and client coordination to deliver high-quality results.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or interior fitouts, strong knowledge of codes, and proficiency with planning tools. You will supervise on-site teams and ensure safety, compliance, and timely project handover.
Lead, plan, and manage all phases of interior fitout projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, client expectations, and internal standards.
Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, manage cost variations, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop project schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Serve as the main client liaison, coordinating with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, authority requirements, and quality standards.
Manage procurement requirements by coordinating with procurement teams on material orders, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
Guide, supervise, and support onsite staff (Project Executives, Coordinators, Supervisors, etc) to deliver safe, compliant, and high quality work.
Identify project risks early and implement mitigation measures to minimise delay, cost escalation, and rework.
Conduct final inspections, ensure defect rectification, and oversee project handover documentation
Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction or interior fitout projects, with proven project delivery capabilities.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes of practice, and authority submission processes.
Proficient in project planning tools, documentation management, and financial tracking.
Familiarity with design coordination, site supervision, safety standards, and contract administration.
