Job summary

Grandwork Interior Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead interior fitout projects in Singapore. You will drive project planning, budgets, scheduling, and client coordination to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or interior fitouts, strong knowledge of codes, and proficiency with planning tools. You will supervise on-site teams and ensure safety, compliance, and timely project handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction or interior fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes of practice, and authority submission processes.
• Proficient in project planning tools, documentation management, and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with design coordination, site supervision, safety standards, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all phases of interior fitout projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, client expectations, and internal standards.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, manage cost variations, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the main client liaison, coordinating with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage procurement requirements by coordinating with procurement teams on material orders, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
• Guide, supervise, and support onsite staff (Project Executives, Coordinators, Supervisors, etc) to deliver safe, compliant, and high quality work.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation measures to minimise delay, cost escalation, and rework.
• Conduct final inspections, ensure defect rectification, and oversee project handover documentation

Job Requirements
