Job summary

acexcellent consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of hospital and laboratory infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and healthcare stakeholders to ensure on-time completion and compliant installations.

The role requires 3+ years in design and build for healthcare or lab environments, with strong M&E knowledge and adept on-site supervision. A proactive, communicative team player who can manage multiple vendors will thrive.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering with 3 years' experience in hospital or laboratory projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E services and ACMV systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and coordinate on-site.
• Proactive, team player with good communication and stakeholder management.
• Owning a vehicle is an advantage but not necessary.

• Manage project planning, site coordination, installation and commissioning.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with MOH, healthcare, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and clients to ensure alignment of technical specifications.
• Supervise site works, project schedules, material planning and progress reporting.
• Support installation and testing of equipment and utilities.
• Ensure adherence to ISO9001, WSH and healthcare facility standards.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and handover deliverables.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for project management and delivering of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital & laboratory infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, and integration of specialized systems.

This position will report to the Division Manager and work closely with the consultants, contractors and healthcare stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project planning, site coordination, installation and commissioning.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with MOH, healthcare, and safety requirements.

• Strong knowledge of M&E services and ACMV systems
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, and manage project coordination on-site
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Outgoing with good communication and stakeholder management
