About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), IT Audit activities, and overall project management and administration. You will work closely with security teams, auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, timely updates, and adherence to compliance requirements.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Job Type: Contract (4 months)
• Salary Package: Up to $8500 (basic)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end VAPT and IT audit schedules, including planning, tracking, and follow-up of findings.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors on project timelines, testing windows, and remediation updates.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation: reports, trackers, meeting minutes, risk logs, and status dashboards.
• Support project managers in project planning, resource coordination, procurement and administrative tasks.
• Ensure projects adhere to compliance, policies, and security standards.
• Monitor project progress, highlight risks or delays, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
• Provide general administrative and operational support for the project office (PO).

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
• Experience in VAPT coordination, IT audit processes, or IT project management/admin preferred.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, compliance, and audit workflows (advantage but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and project tracking tool.
