Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Designer / Project Manager to oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, handling space planning, design development, and on-site supervision.

You will coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Class 2/3 license required (vehicle will be provided).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of renovation processes, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and construction regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities
