Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Designer / Project Manager to oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from concept through completion in Singapore.

You will handle space planning, design development, project coordination, contractor management and on-site supervision to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Class 2/3 license required (vehicle will be provided).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of renovation processes, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and construction regulations is advantageous.
