Job summary

Mgroup is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation and interior design projects from inception to handover in Singapore. This full-time role demands delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while coordinating clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams.

You will lead site activities, monitor progress, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of project management experience in construction.
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction, PM, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Able to read and understand design drawings and technical plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working on-site and coordinating with different trades and contractors; proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renovation and interior design projects from pre-construction planning through to completion and handover.
  • Develop project schedules, coordinate site activities, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Conduct regular site visits and oversee renovation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, building regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality throughout construction, identifying and managing defects or issues promptly.
  • Proactively identify site issues, resolve problems efficiently, and minimise delays or disruptions to project timelines.
  • Lead, coordinate, and motivate project teams while fostering effective collaboration among all parties.
  • Coordinate deliveries, trades, subcontractors, and daily site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, costs, and issues, while addressing client concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, site records, progress reports, and ensure all handover requirements are properly completed.
  • Ensure all projects maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and compliance with relevant requirements.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Mgroup. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to oversee and manage construction projects from inception through completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is fundamental to our company's success, as you will be the driving force behind coordinating all aspects of construction delivery whilst managing stakeholders, teams, and resources effectively.

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 4-8 years of project management experience within the construction industry
