Job summary

The Vine Search Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a leadership-track Project Manager to take full ownership of interior fit-out and construction projects, leading client and site teams and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation or construction projects
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience may be considered for a project executive position
• Demonstrated ability in project delivery, site coordination, and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Relevant safety certifications are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior renovation and construction projects from initiation to completion
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and site teams, including chairing weekly project meetings
• Prepare, review, and manage project documentation (schedules, progress reports, PTW, O&M manuals)
• Oversee tender processes, quotation evaluations, cost control, and contract administration
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, contractors, sub-vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Mentor junior project team members
• Proactively manage site issues, risks, variations, and project handover

About the Role

This is a leadership-track Project Managers ready to take full ownership of projects, operate independently. You will oversee interior fit-out and construction projects end-to-end, collaborate closely with clients and site teams, and play a key role in developing junior staff.
