Job summary

KOPI RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile delivery and digital product execution for MinLaw.

You will act as the primary liaison between the customer and delivery teams to ensure timely, quality project outcomes. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing risks and releases, coordinating with Product Managers, and guiding development teams to adhere to governance and CAMP architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT/software/digital delivery projects.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum with Scrum Master duties.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management.
• Experience coordinating with developers, Product Managers, and Product Owners.
• Experience with risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and releases.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and delivery team to facilitate clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Lead day-to-day management of product and project delivery to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release planning to drive team productivity and delivery cadence.
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments and manage project dependencies to maintain smooth progress.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s Product Manager to coordinate delivery priorities and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Plan and coordinate product releases to ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team to ensure adherence to platform governance and CAMP architecture standards.
• Manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to mitigate delivery risks.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communications across multiple business divisions and delivery teams.

• Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and performing Scrum Master responsibilities

• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills to foster collaboration and alignment
• Experience coordinating with developers, technical teams, Product Managers, and Product Owners
• Proficient in managing project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and releases
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms such as OutSystems is advantageous

Preferred certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Equivalent recognized Scrum/Agile certification
