The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in project management, with hands-on Agile experience, strong governance awareness, and a track record of driving on-time, high-quality outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Engage and influence key stakeholders including business users, project teams, and external vendors to secure alignment and support.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by resolving conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Foster cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics to enhance productivity and project outcomes.
• Incorporate user needs and feedback into project deliverables to ensure relevance and quality.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and standards throughout all project activities.
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and minimize defects.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits and optimize resource use.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
• Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input to drive project success.
