Job summary

Tap Growth ai invites applications for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery with a focus on Agile practices. You will act as the primary liaison between the customer and delivery teams, guiding sprint planning, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery of prioritized backlog items.

The role requires coordinating with the customer’s Product Manager, providing technical direction, and managing risks and dependencies across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or in Agile delivery, facilitating ceremonies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with customers.
• OutSystems or other low-code platforms is a plus; Scrum Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across LSRA and ACD divisions.

We're Hiring: Project Manager!

Additional responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Customer and the delivery
team
Lead the day-to-day delivery of the product and perform the Scrum Master
function, including including facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint and release
planning, removing delivery impediments, managing dependencies, and
coordinating across the delivery team
Work closely with the Customer's Product Manager to coordinate delivery,
plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised
product backlog items
Provide technical direction and oversight to the development team, ensuring
all technical decisions are aligned with the Customer's platform governance
standards and the CAMP architecture
Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and
escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes
Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across both the LSRA
and ACD divisions

Additional experiences:
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems is a plus
Experience in performing Scrum Master or equivalent Agile delivery
responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-
functional delivery teams
Scrum Master certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional
Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent) is preferred
