Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.

You will guide Agile squads, coordinate with product owners and engineers, manage public sector engagements, and drive risk management, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience including project/delivery management.
• 4–5 years of experience with public sector or government clients.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and team leadership (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across any technology stack.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• SaaS/cloud delivery experience is good to have but not mandatory.
• Preferred certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP.
