Job summary

kopi recruit pte. ltd. is seeking a Delivery Manager to bridge business stakeholders, the AI Platform Product Owner, Product Manager and delivery team.

You will translate operational and legal needs into clear product requirements and manage backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and delivery tracking. Experience in legal operations, AI-enabled workflows and Agile delivery is strongly preferred. You will help shape a reusable AI platform for MED and future divisions with measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience in operations transformation and product vision & architecture in legal operations domain.
• Experience developing systems that handle legally sensitive and personal information.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to pitch engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience building agentic AI systems for Singapore government agencies through agile methodology.

• Groom and prioritise the product backlog with the business owner.

• Lead sprint retrospective and demo product increments.

Job description

Role Summary

The Delivery Manager bridges MinLaw business stakeholders, the AI Platform Product Owner, Product Manager and the delivery team. The role translates operational and legal needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and future-state processes, while supporting backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, delivery tracking, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.

The Delivery Manager shall help shape a reusable AI platform for MED and future divisions, ensuring that product increments deliver measurable business value. Experience in legal operations, AI-enabled workflows, human-in-the-loop review and Agile delivery is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision with Customer and ensure that there is material value to the product;
• Conduct operations redesign to ensure efficiency and effectiveness to achieve MED's and other division future vision;
• Translate product vision into features;
• Document the user stories for each capability domain to achieve the product vision;
• Work with the business owner to groom and prioritise the product backlog;
• Ensure that backlog items are sufficiently analysed, documented and ready for sprint planning and development;
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across business stakeholders and the delivery team, including the tracking of sprint commitments, actions, dependencies, decisions and impediments;
• Define integration requirements to enable smooth integration between the AI tool and the case management system;
• Perform business review to ensure product quality during each sprint;
• Demo the product increment during sprint demo;
• Develop and maintain the UAT test plan with the Software Quality Engineer;
• Lead sprint retrospective; and
• Build business case to ensure alignment with product vision.

Added Advantage

• Experience building agentic AI system for Singapore government agencies through agile methodology.
• Experience supporting the delivery of reusable enterprise or government-wide digital platforms.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop workflows, traceability, prompt and knowledge configuration, and responsible AI controls.
• Legal regulatory domain familiarity.
• Experience working on case management, compliance or enforcement systems in a regulatory context.
• Familiarity with OutSystems Platform.
