Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the day-to-day delivery of our product and act as the primary liaison between the customer and the delivery team.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, plan sprints and releases, remove impediments, and coordinate across cross-functional teams while aligning technical decisions with governance standards. Experience with low-code platforms like OutSystems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or in Agile delivery roles.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Customer and the delivery team.
• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the product and perform the Scrum Master function, including facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint and release planning, removing delivery impediments, managing dependencies, and coordinating across the delivery team.
• Work closely with the Customer's Product Manager to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to the development team, ensuring all technical decisions are aligned with the Customer's platform governance standards and the CAMP architecture.
• Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across both the LSRA and ACD divisions.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems is a plus.
• Experience in performing Scrum Master or equivalent Agile delivery responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional delivery teams.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent) is preferred.
