Job summary

Csgroup is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee deployment initiatives, coordinating with IT engineers, consultants, and external vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of solutions.

The role focuses on identifying success criteria, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment with client security and project governance. Strong communication and risk management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify key success criteria for each deployment phase based on project schedule and priorities.
• Work with various groups and multiple vendors to understand business and technical requirements, translate them into project plans.
• Support and represent client Information Security Team ensuring technical requirements are aligned and achieved.
• Set up technical requirements, establish tasks and timelines, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet results.
• Manage and deliver project benefits and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize deadlines.
• Collaborate with IT engineers, consultants, and external vendors to ensure delivery of solutions meeting requirements, cost and timeline.
• Conduct technical cadence meetings and engage stakeholders.
• Engage relevant stakeholders to share and align project timelines.
• Identify and escalate issues hindering project success to stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and mitigate risks to prevent problems.
• Track project diligently for benefits realization and status reporting.
• Adhere to established policy and procedures for project management methodology.
• Transit project to operations by identifying handover training and support needs.

Scope of Work

To identify key success criteria for each of the deployment phase based on the project schedule and priorities;

To work with various groups andmultiple vendorstounderstand businessand technical requirements, priorities, and constraints, and translate them intoproject plan;

To support and represent client Information Security Team in ensuring project technical requirements are aligned and achieved;

To involve in setting up technical requirements, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion by assigned parties, evaluating progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure that clients, internal or external, achieve their desired results;

To manage and deliver project benefits and outcomes to internal and external project stakeholders;

To manage multiple projectsconcurrently and be able to prioritize deadlines

To support and collaborate with team of IT engineers, consultants and external vendors in project execution and ensure delivery of solution,meeting project requirements, cost and timeline

To conduct technical cadence meetings, and engagement of stakeholders;

To engage relevant stakeholders for each project and priority group to share and align project timelines;

To engage various stakeholders within the project to obtain support and escalations needed towards the success of the project;

To Identify and elevate issues which are holding back the project successes to stakeholders;

To resolve project issues and mitigate project risks;ensure issues will not become problems;

To track project diligentlyfor benefit realisation and status reporting to stakeholders;

To adhere toestablished policy and procedureswith respect to project management methodology;

To transit project smoothly to operations byidentifying and orchestrating handovertraining and support needs

Deliverables

Deliverables during the engagement may include:

• Project Implementation Plan;
• Project Meeting Notes or Minutes;
• Project risk/issue tracker/register – technical constraints/issues/considerations/gaps and associated remediation plans.
