EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs in Singapore.

The role emphasizes quality, scope, and budget control, with responsibility to develop and execute the Overall Project Plan and ensure timely module/project delivery. The position requires strong capability in scope management, governance, risk handling, and stakeholder coordination, with reporting of progress to leadership and adherence to IT

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and delivery oversight.
• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive project plan.
• Proven capability in scope management and change control.
• Strong risk and issue management and governance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Project Management responsibility for overall delivery including Quality, Scope and Budget.
• Develop and execute the Overall Project Plan.
• Module/project delivery in strategic programs.
• Scope Management: manage changes to the scope of work and assess impact to timeline and cost.
• Project Governance: prepare investment approval decks and coordinate Steering Committee meetings.
• Risk and Issue Management: identify, track and resolve risks and issues; elevate as needed.
• Implementation Management: coordinate execution with stakeholders across teams.
• Process Adherence: ensure IT governance is followed throughout the project life cycle.
• Project Reporting: measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders.

• Project Management


• Responsible for the overall delivery of the project (Quality, Scope, Budget)


• Develop and execute the Overall Project Plan


• Module/project delivery in strategic programs

• Scope Management


• Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work


• Review and assess changes and impact to timeline & cost


• Ensure all changes are approved by Project Steering Committee

• Project Governance


• Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by investment committee.


• Coordinate preparation of project plan


• Organise and facilitate Project Steering Committee meetings, chair Working level meetings

• Risk and Issue Management


• Anticipate, capture and manage overall project-level risks and issues


• Track risk aging


• Own and drive resolution and elevate risks and issues in a timely manner

• Implementation Management


• Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology. business, operations, regulators, etc., and co-ordinate execution by respective owners

• Process Adherence


• Partner with stakeholders in ensuring IT Governance is followed throughout the project life cycle

• Project Reporting


• Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
