Job summary

Prospect Protection Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of security-related projects across clients and internal operations. You will manage project planning, stakeholder coordination, site implementation, vendor delivery, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements.

• Diploma or degree in Project Management / Engineering / IT / Security Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a services/operations environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, coordination, and execution discipline; able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to visit sites and support deployments when required.

• Track progress, manage change requests, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to BAU operations.
• Drive issue resolution quickly during deployment and stabilization phases.
• Lead projects involving security technology and platforms such as CCTV/VMS, access control, alarm systems, visitormanagement; coordinate configurations, testing, and go-live support.

Prospect Protection Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of security-related projects across clients and internal operations. You will manage project planning, stakeholder coordination, site implementation, vendor delivery, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements. This role requires a hands-on,adaptable individual who can work across field operations, systems, and servicedelivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Project Delivery (End-to-End)

Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure: scope,schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.

Develop project plans, milestones, implementationchecklists, and handover documentation.

Continue Track progress, manage change requests, and provideregular updates to stakeholders.

2) Security Operations & Site Implementation

Coordinate site surveys, deployment schedules, and on-siteexecution with operations teams.

Ensure smooth transition from implementation to BAU(business-as-usual) operations.

Drive issue resolution quickly during deployment andstabilization phases.

3) Security Systems / Technology Enablement (whereapplicable)

Lead projects involving security technology and platformssuch as:

• CCTV / VMS, access control, alarm systems, visitormanagement
• Patrol/guard tour systems, incident reporting workflows
• Ops platforms, HR platforms, Learning Management System(LMS) rollouts or enhancements

Coordinate configurations, user access requirements,testing, training, and go-live support.

4) Stakeholder & Client Management

Engage clients, internal stakeholders, and site teams toclarify requirements and manage expectations.

Conduct project meetings, minutes, action tracking, andissue escalation.

5) Vendor & Contractor Management

Manage vendors/sub-contractors: quotations, timelines,quality checks, delivery acceptance, and service levels.

Validate invoices and manage procurement coordination whereneeded.

6) Quality, Documentation & Compliance

Maintain clear project documentation (SOW, SOPs, riskregisters, test results, handover packs).

Ensure work is aligned with project management, safety,security, and data handling practices relevant to the project scope.

7) Per-Sales and Post Sales

Analyse the client’s industry, pain points, and technicalrequirements. Develop technical solutions or prototypes aligned with customer.

Ensure compatibility with client infrastructure and addressintegration concerns and guide customers through setup, configuration, anddeployment of the solution

Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities forupselling or cross-selling and address post-purchase queries, troubleshootproblems, and maintain service quality

Provide user training and resources to ensure effectiveadoption and gather customer feedback to improve products and services

Requirements (Must Have)

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management / Engineering / IT /Security Management (or equivalent experience).

Good to Have (Advantage)

• Experience in security services or physical security systems(CCTV/VMS, access control, alarms, guard tour).
• Experience rolling out enterprise platforms (Ops platform,HRIS/HR platform, LMS) or process transformation initiatives.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2,Agile/Scrum).
• Familiarity with SLA-based service delivery and operationalreadiness/handover.
