Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to partner with the GovTech onsite team, coordinating BAU responsibilities and new digital initiatives across multiple projects.

You will manage contracts, procurement, budgets, user engagement, and compliance, guiding stakeholders through requirements and change management in a fast-paced tech environment. This is a 24 months fixed term contract role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related discipline
• At least 5 years as Project Manager across two full project lifecycles, including at least one Agile project
• Strong vendor management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication; liaison between technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of emerging technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple projects, maintaining schedules, status updates and reports
• Manage contracts and procurement activities including renewals, licences, drafting of AOR, and vendor invoice verification
• Monitor delivery, clarify requirements and ensure performance against timelines and service levels
• Track budget utilization and scope changes; drive user engagement and UAT; liaison with MFA stakeholders for requirements
• Coordinate audits and monthly security/compliance tasks (Access Control List reviews, etc.)
