Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore invites experienced professionals to join our Co-Development Business Unit as a Project Manager on a 24-month fixed-term contract. You will drive product success, collaborate with product managers and designers, and oversee sprint planning, development pace, and pre-release testing to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering products with limited resources.
• End-to-end experience with product teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive product success by bringing product to users.
• Partner with product managers and designers for user interviews.
• Run sprint plannings, scrums, and retrospectives with the team.
• Track development pace to ensure timely delivery.
• Support thorough system, user, and security tests pre-release.
• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
• Provide product support and collaborate with engineering to fix bugs.
