Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery for government agency engagements. You will craft detailed plans, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and a solid background in software/product development with Agile practices.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in software/product development, with Agile preferred.
Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
PM certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are advantageous.
Product management mindset and AWS experience are valuable; finance sector background welcome.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring goals and deliverables;
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, budget and resources;
Engage with stakeholders including business users, project team and external vendors;
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders;
Address stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts and issues promptly;
Ensure cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics;
Incorporate user feedback into project deliverables;
Ensure IT governance frameworks and standards compliance;
Implement quality control processes for deliverables;
Monitor budgets ensuring expenditures stay within limits;
Identify and resolve project-related issues;
Make informed decisions based on data and requirements.
