Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications, and requirements
• Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
• 24 hours stand by the site urgent call
• Weekend require by site should be need to work

Requirements

• Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of working experience
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all levels of staff
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance, and progress with the company
• Degree in Civil / Structural or Building
• 5 years in construction site experience in Singapore
