Job summary

Alstern Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and oversee building services projects from design development through to completion. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth delivery.

Reviewing designs, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and construction schedules will be key as you monitor progress, manage manpower and procurement, and drive value

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or MEP Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience managing MEP or building services projects, preferably design-and-build or construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project management and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee MEP project execution from design development to completion.

• Review engineering designs, shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and construction schedules.

• Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and site-related issues while driving value engineering and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Lead testing, commissioning, project handover, and defect rectification activities.
• Prepare project reports, monitor project risks, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Lead and mentor project team to achieve project success.
