Job summary

Unicraft Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking Project Managers specialising in Electrical, ACMV and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works to manage New Build and A&A projects.

Candidates with experience in Electrical, ACMV or P&S works are welcome to apply. Experience in one discipline is sufficient, while candidates with M&E experience covering multiple disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong project coordination and site management skills.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, specs and technical documents.
• Experience managing Electrical, ACMV, P&S or M&E works for projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, resources and work schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings, technical submissions and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.
• Lead site coordination and resolve technical or site issues.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Guide and support the project team to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and progress updates.

• Strong project coordination and site management skills.




• Able to read and understand MEP drawings, specifications and technical documents.




• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.




• Able to manage multiple project requirements and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing MEP projects involving multiple disciplines will be an advantage.




• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors is preferred.
