Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical/MEP Engineer to design, review, and coordinate MEP systems across projects, including ACMV, water services, and related building services, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP or Mechanical Engineering in construction/design-build.
• Hands-on experience with ACMV systems and knowledge of mechanical building services.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and coordinate MEP systems, including mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, water services, drainage, and associated building services.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical specifications, shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities to resolve engineering and site coordination issues.
• Supervise site installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, procurement, subcontractors, and project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Design, coordinate, and oversee the installation of ACMV systems, including chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, pumps, and ductwork.
• Support testing, commissioning, balancing, troubleshooting, and defect rectification of MEP and ACMV systems.
• Conduct site inspections, technical evaluations, and root cause analysis while recommending value engineering and cost optimization solutions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and company quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
